Oklahoma Youth Arts Foundation

The Oklahoma Youth Arts Foundation provides financial assistance to students involved in dance, theatre, music, and other performing arts programs throughout the community. These scholarships are designed to support students who demonstrate passion, commitment, and a strong desire to grow as artists but may need additional financial support to continue their training.

Students currently training with local arts programs are encouraged to apply if financial assistance would help them participate more fully in their artistic education.

Scholarships may be applied toward a variety of artistic opportunities including:

• Tuition for dance or performing arts training
• Performance participation fees
• Workshops, intensives, or special programs
• Costumes or production related expenses
• Other educational opportunities that support artistic development

 

Each application is carefully reviewed by the Oklahoma Youth Arts Foundation board. Awards are based on a combination of factors including financial need, dedication to the arts, participation in the community, and the student’s commitment to continuing their training.

The mission of the Oklahoma Youth Arts Foundation is not only to provide financial assistance, but also to invest in the future of young artists by helping them access meaningful opportunities in the arts.
